If you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase we will gladly accept it back for an exchange or store credit. STORE CREDITS NEVER EXPIRE. Requests for an exchange or store credit must be received within 14 days of you receiving your product, and product must be received by us within 21 days from the day you got your package. All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. After we get your package, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 2 business days. Original shipping charges are not applicable. 


The following items are non-returnable:

  • All items purchased on final sale,
  • Hair accessories,
  • Underwear and bodysuits,
  • Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox (please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box when returning).
  • Items that have been worm, washed, or are missing their tags.
