Returns & Exchanges

All purchases can be curbside returned as well as shipped back to us. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase we will gladly accept it back for an exchange or store credit. STORE CREDITS NEVER EXPIRE.

In order for us to approve a return request, the item/items must meet the following criteria.


Approval Requirements:

  • Product was recieved by you within 14 days of return request and product must be received by us within 21 days from the day you got your package.
  • Product must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached

Unfortunatley if your item(s) do not meet all of these criteria we will not be able to approve your request. 

In addition, the following items are non-refundable:

  • All items purchased on final sale
  • Hair accessories
  • Underwear and bodysuits
  • Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox (please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box when returning).
  • Items that have been worm, washed, or are missing their tags.


If you do wish to return your purchase, you will be responsible for covering the return postage.

After we recieve your package, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 2 business days. Original shipping charges are not applicable.
